Just tried out the module - looks good, and the UI is pretty handy.
My first impression however was that the list of all available themes at the top of the edit page was cluttered (I had a bunch of themes in my distros). It was hard to pick out the one I wanted.
Wouldn't it make sense to limit that list to themes that are currently toggled as 'active'? The unused themes are just getting in the way.

I have about 20 themes loaded, which appear as part of my current theme's secondary menu, causing the width of the page to expand to about three times the width of the screen. This means that the list of available theme files is way over to the right.

I had several themes I was looking at, and didn't like, so I removed them, yet theme editor is still showing them. The directories are gone, they do not show on the list of available themes, but when I go to theme editor, they are listed, but have no files. How do we fix this?
