I am just a dbase small time administrator who keys in data. I do not have access to the PHP end. Yesterday when deleting some records - my user profile became corrupted. I couldn't access some of the data. I asked someone else to check on a record and when trying to select view they got page not found. I signed out of our system and tried to sign back in. It said my password wasn't correct. I tried to ask for a new password when I keyed in my email address it said it couldn't find me. Another person who has admin capabilities went into the user management - couldn't find me and added me back in using the same username as before. I signed back in and changed my password. I am told I was the one who deleted my profile but the problem is that majority of this happened before a new user was created and the old one was delete. I am thinking that somehow or another my user profile (which couldn't be physically seen in user management) must have seen that there were two users with the same name and deleted the old user profile as the log file shows . Since i had entered in all the historical data as that other user name and worked within the system for months - the records can be seen within the views I created but when selecting "view" - page not found comes up.

When I look at the log files nothing I had done with the deleted user name shows up - only from the point where someone recreated me.
