Admins can't activate plugins turkish language selection because wysiwyg.admin.inc file whois responsibe to give language codes bont have language option on line 125.

Dave ReidWhy would the available, enabled, languages codes on the site be re-used here like there are with url alias edit forms, etc instead of hard-coding this list?
