To test out openlayers, I added the location module and added location CCK field to the page content type. When creating a new page content, I have pasted the Long/lat that I obtained from geocoder.us. I set up a page view which displays only published PAGE content. The fields that I am using are Node: Title, Location: Latitude and Location: Longitude. The style has been set to OpenLayers and I used the default but for lat/long fields chose lat and long.

Nodes don't show. I noticed that when configuring the preset, the lat/long that I obtained from geocoder.us doesn't position the map in the right spot (Bristol, RI USA coordinates show a position off Africa). If I drag the small map around to position it, the code displayed is completely different.

Is there an error with the lat/long for openlayers?
Does anyone have an example set up of a view that they could share?
Anyone having this issue?

I've tried to add an openlayers cck field and use that but that doesn't work either

Fixed the issue. Something weird happened in the installation of Openlayers. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Now everything is working correctly. Now I just need to figure out how to change the marker per taxonomy.
