And on wysiwyg preferences page I assign fckeditor to this format. Only users with role 'admins' may use this input format. With everything this all ok. But!
I would like, that when somebody of 'admins' starts to create new node then he (or she) have to see fckeditor by default. ie input format 'administartor's format' may using by default for 'admins'.
And as I can see on fckeditor's preferences page in wysiwyg module (admin/settings/wysiwyg/profile/*/edit) there is a checkbox "Enabled by default" for this matter.
And this option don't working for me (
Any ideas?

TwoDMake sure you've set the admin's input format to be used by default as well. This can be done with the Better Formats module. If I remember correctly, the 'enabled by default' option only has effect if the corresponding input format is active when the page loads.
In any case, this will probably be changed to some extent by #322433: Replace default editor status option(s) with intelligent logic.
