I have a date field which I'm using for Date of Birth purposes. When logged in as the site admin the field syncs with Mailchimp but any other type of user the filed does not sync, but the other fields I have set up do.

levelos CreditAttribution: levelos commentedWhat's the context? E.g., is it when editing a user profile, running cron, a required list, etc? Thanks.

levelos CreditAttribution: levelos commentedAnd is it a profile field, etc. For help in debugging, I need the complete story, with detail. Are there any permissions set on that field, is it private, etc?

marcus178 CreditAttribution: marcus178 commentedFirstly I can confirm that the field is not passed when registering.
The field is a profile field and is set as private field, however I have 2 other fields in the same category that are also private but still get sent to mailchimp. These are both selection lists. Hope that's ok, I can't think of anything else.

Just wondering if you'd had any thoughts on this, it just that I'd like to launch my site this weekend.
If a fix isn't available will the fields update when the cron is run after a fix has been found?

levelos CreditAttribution: levelos commentedHi marcus178 - I can't see any obvious reason this could be occurring, so will need to dig a bit deeper. And yes, when there is a fix, all of the fields will be updated. Hope this makes you comfortable using the module.
The list is question is marked as required, yes?

marcus178 CreditAttribution: marcus178 commentedThank you that's good to know as I didn't want to launch my site then have to worry about syncing the data.
The list wasn't marked as required it was opt-in, but I have just tested on required and opt-out and the date field is still not updating. I'm guessing it must be some sort of permission based problem as it works fine for the site admin account. Can't see what permission that would be though.

marcus178 CreditAttribution: marcus178 commentedI'm really confused by this problem as I have noticed that with some of the subscriptions through the site the date field is being populated, so it would appear that for some reason this problem is intermittent. I've tried to look for any patterns that would give me any clue but I just can't see anything.
Also I have a token for the users age which is related to this date field, and for the accounts where the date does get populated, the age does not, not even once the cron is run. It does update though when the profile is edited and saved.
Then there are some profiles when the date is entered and the age only populates in mailchimp.
It's all a bit strange.
