Port to Drupal 7 [#629102]

Attached is a somewhat workable port to D7, there is still a ton of unnecessary stuff and I can't seem to get the icons working and stuff, but at least it prints something ^^

ah thank you, definately a good starting point ;)
wasn't sure whether there is a place for rc 1.0 in d7 when seven theme is there

There is, there has been some work done.
I wanted to make it a v2.0 with a re-defined UI.

But probably we might just port the 1.x version for now as a starting point, to see what we can re-use in v2.0.
