I created a node using a 'contributor' role and I couldn't update the authoring information until I added the user to the 'content editor' role which has the administer nodes permission.
Can node access be configured to give the 'contributor' Drupal's 'administer nodes' permission but restrict it to only the node creator's nodes, or give the creator the 'administer nodes' ability on his own nodes without having to give them Drupal's own 'administer nodes' permission?
Can it let the node creator choose what roles and individuals can have the administer nodes permission on his own nodes?
