In this version:
* uses the '/irc' path to display the irc page
* admin customizable chat sizes
* emulates the qwebirc 'site setup wizard' for placing an embedded iframe on the page
* allows the admin (user 1) to mask their username as something else
* can use the drupal username to populate the nick name field.
