Is it possible to configure drupal so that when I add an image to a story node, the front page teaser shows a thumbnail, then the story node page shows the article with a larger version of the image?
Thanks,
J

E.g. excerpt module
Take a look at this topic:

There's also a great seach option at the Drupal site ;-)

Same problem
Hi all...
I've the same problem... I cheked the forum but I found only few comments.
Drupal is great but in my opinion needs a module to handle thumbnails for each post.
TinyMCE and img_assist are good to add images in the "middle" of the text but I think is more professional to have a square image "fixed" for each node. This because a "normal" user is not able to do a nice looking page if there is not a dedicated field.
How can I have a fixed image on nodes (like TheOnion.com)?
Sorry for my bad english....
Many thanks,
A
Excerpt module and flexinode module?
Hi,
To create thumbnails in teasers one can use e.g. excerpt module:
- Example: www.newoceans.nl/en-local/website-design/portfolio
To create fixed designs (fields, text areas, images) one can use e.g. flexinode module:
- Example: www.newoceans.nl/en-local/website-design/portfolio/website-thuisverzorgd
Hope these modules will fit your needs ;-)
