Is there a way to stop the black menu bar from showing when:

Home » Administer » Site building » Themes » Configure
» Pixture Reloaded » Toggle display » Primary links

is un-Checked?

Hmm, and I hate to add two features requests in the same post, but I'm guessing these would be related?

Can the footer area also be made to not display if “Site information” has nothing in the “Footer message:” box?

So, maybe change this request to adding some extra checkboxes in the PR configure screen to ask, “Should this region should be displayed if it's empty?”

Short answer - no. Not unless you edit the themes image files and color.inc file.

Probably, I will consider this in the next version (Drupal 7).
