I want to do the following:

1. Display image on the left of player as shown in http://drupal.org/node/361989

2. Show the number of plays of the audio, below the player or somewhere else. For example video module have that feature.

Please suggest whether I can make it work with current module. If not, take this as a feature request.

I subscribe to the request for plays count. It's really essential because of performing right we ought to fee to BMI, ASCAP, SACEM.
We MUST count the plays number of each mp3.
Is there any way to achieve this.
I've tried Public Downoad Count module. It Doesnt count plays.
