Create event with admin account and see result with users

Hi i begin to use calendar with date and cck is great! I want to create a calendar system where admin create date events for diferent users and each user only see the their events (create by de admin). It is for a site for a fumigation company where they create date for clients and clients enter to site to see the dates.
It is posible to create with calendar, date cck and arguments or i need anothers modules?
