rfayI certainly want a set of examples about views as well. It might go in another module (as this one is targeted at core)
You should know that there's a decent little writeup in the advanced help that comes with views. Just enable the Advanced Help module and look at the views help. I was quite surprised how easy it is to expose a custom node type to Views. I wish I'd done it a couple of years ago.
If you come up with good examples, please contribute them back.
