On the one hand, it would make sense for taxonews feeds to be available from the <head> section, so browsers could offer them automatically on the address bar.
On the other hand, such "global" page-level feeds (<link rel="alternate" ...>
) are usually alternate representations of a river of news matching the global page, while these blocks are unrelated to the main page content.
Is it better to declare them there, for ease of access, and then maybe hide them in the block themselves, or hide them for consistency ?
