Release notes

Fix broken update in previous release, #696290: Database update error migrating from 6.x-1.0 to 6.x-1.1.

If upgrading from 6.x.1.2, note that the area for administering the "basics" tab for content types has moved and is now accessible on the admin page for each content type.
