When I enable the admin module, the color settings do not appear on my regular theme's configuration page. If I disable it, they do appear as normal. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the path renaming (putting theme config under appearance).

seanrThis gets interestinger and interestinger. It only appears to affect user/1. All other admin users see the color widgets.

seanrFigured it out. The admin module changes the path to the theme settings pages so it's now admin/themes/... instead of admin/build/themes/... If I go to the latter, the settings form appears correctly. The problem is that color.module in core is hard coded to look for arg(4) to figure out the current theme name. It appears to be fixed in Drupal 7, but we need a better way to handle this in 6.
