Menus overlap and navigation use wrong URL

The theme mess up menus and content. Further description:

frontpage - primary and secondary menus overlay. no access to primary only secondary (see attach foto.jpg)
Book navigation not working either,,, next page etc. all book pages redirect to secondary menu
using back at top, skips previous page and jumps back to secondary menu
Cannot view products - jump to secondary manu
Contact form - fields adjust to phone width but not the text field... (see attach foto(1).jpg)
Archived content - all links link back to secondary menu...

I would say everything links back to secondary menu except external links

I can not access deeper than the above, so I can not review shopping cart, checkout etc.

Test:
Drupal 6.15 and Übercart

Using theme switch mobile theme - browscap - mobile tools

Mobile device: iPhone 3Gs

IMO - this theme is not ready for launch, looks promising and looking forward to next upgrade

Ideas:
Would like to be able to change link style from theme>iUI>configure

color - bold - underline etc....
Logo does not show... ???
