Editor does not show using theme pixture_reloaded [#699970]

CKEditor does not work with pixture_reloaded theme. I have checked the existence of 'scripts' and 'closure'.

Can I help to determine what is causing this?

I have reinstalled the module, cleared caches, and restarted the browser. Now it works.
