better reflect with input formats

it would be nice if ckeditor could reflect to chosen input format.

for example:
- user has Permissions for Advanced profile and Full HTML input format
- but default input format is Filtered HTML

And now If user forgot to switch input format?

I found some workarounds using better_formats to force particular role to use particular format by default, but that's does not work for admin role.

Also there might be cases when you do not need to use wysiwyg for Filter HTML at all or you might would like to show Basic toolbar for Filtered HTML and Full toolbar for Full HTML input format.
