I'm running a south asian community website. After evaluating the Drupal for 2months i've decided to convert my ASP based site to Drupal. I could not find Classifieds and Matrimonials (match making) modules so far. Hence i'm looking for Drupal developer who can convert my site to Drupal site. I may not be able to pay commercial projects rate but I can pay reasonable rate for the service.

I have these requirements for moving my site "eparadesi.com" to Drupal.

My site "eparadesi.com" is running on ASP+MS SQL and Windows Server hosting. Now i want to
convert it completely to Drupal for which i'm looking for help on the following.

1. Convert the site completely to Drupal based site which includes moving db to Drupal (MySQL) which
should not loose any single data.
2. Require a nice Drupal theme customizable to the site features.
3. Able to add any Drupal modules after migrating to Drupal.
4. All the existed modules should be configured to Drupal.
