It seems that http://drupal.org/project/gtranslate is the (D6) successor of http://drupal.org/project/gtrans ... ?

If so, could the maintainer clarify this in the landing page of this module to avoid further confusion?

The two modules are independently developed, and GTranslate is not the successor of Google Translate.

This module has been marked as abandoned because of what reported in the project page.
