If you add a video to a node and then change its thumbnail using the Vimeo website then this new thumbnail is not downloaded by the module even if you remove and re-browse for the video using the module's Vimeo browser.
If you delete the downloaded thumbnail jpegs from Drupal's files folder (vimeo-originals and imagecache/vimeo_thumbnail/vimeo-originals folders) and re-browse then it works but this is not ideal.
Also, if you delete the downloaded thumbnail from the vimeo-originals folder and not the imagecache folders but instead flush imagecache manually, then re-browse, it works too.

jdelaune CreditAttribution: jdelaune commentedAgreed. An ability to refresh video data including thumbnail from Vimeo is needed. It just wasn't vital to get something out the door.
