As soon as I install Content Profile, my block settings page breaks. Specifically, when I click on another theme, the page visibly tries to refresh and reload, and the link changes from say Garland to Zen in what is highlighted, but the blocks and regions do not change.

I actually worked backwards to isolate this issue as I have many modules installed, so I created a new install and incrementally enabled modules and restored data over the course of two days.

I was able to isolate and reproduce the problem with both versions of CP - 6.x-1.0-beta4 and the dev version.

Removing CP solves the problem immediately.

Content profile doesn't do anything related to blocks, so I doubt it directly causes the bug. Maybe you have some code running causing it only when the module is there?
