It would be nice to create a new stable release of CKEditor, some things to consider:

#707878: Where has the format source option gone - since the code is a bit complicated, let's do it in the module. Make sure that the default setting is working just like the default CKEditor configuration.

In the "Cleanup and output" section, let's add
One radio button:
"Use custom formatting options"
No
Yes
(default value: No).

And 6 x checkbox (in a fieldset):
[X] indent the element contents.
[ ] indent the <pre> element contents.
[X] break line before the opener tag.
[X] break line after the opener tag.
[ ] break line before the closer tag.
[X] break line after the closer tag.

#703428: Add forcePasteAsPlainText to CKEditor profile - let's add "Force paste as plain text" to the CKEditor profile, "Cleanup and output" section, below font formats above writer rules (fomatting options).
