The long issue which "Documentation" points to, right now, while great for historical reference, is somewhat confusing for module developers that want to get a quick idea of how to integrate.

leaving as fixed but i think the documentation could be fleshed out slightly more

my main issue so far with getting it going is file paths and implementing that correctly within modules that are using the libraries api will open a seperate issue with my specific problem
