As stated before, increase your error reporting level and check for errors on cache-clear. To be incredibly specific, line 121 of openlayers_cck.module still refers to the old location of the theme definitions. Change this to the new location and the bug is fixed. Sorry to be terse, but it's annoying to update and get new bugs, and to spend my time finding and fixing them.
