I just upgraded from Admin 1.0-beta3 to 2.0-beta2 and saved the modules page, to trigger a menu_rebuild(). Now I am seeing the menu options for modules that I have disabled in the Admin menu (/admin/build/menu-customize/admin). Shouldn't they be removed by default?

I can't seem to reproduce this in the latest beta -- disabled menu items are staying that way. Could you confirm that this still occurs?

Sorry, I haven't used Admin 2.0 recently. I actually found that I preferred the theme and UX of 1.0.
