My list of files upgraded by Drupal is now dynamic - I've implemented a form where you can select your Drupal version and a list is generated telling which files were changed in an upgrade from your version to the newest version (4.7.2 at time of this posting). Currently versions 4.6.5 and up are supported, as well as version 4.5.0. If the Drupal version you are upgrading from is not listed contact me and I will add it.

To update, simply replace the files on the list with 4.7.2 files and run update.php (and as usual backup your database first!). I began tracking file changes version by version as this saved me from having to replace the entire Drupal directory for minor upgrades.
