When editing a user, the masquerade as shows up on other categories under edit, like custom categories made via profile.

I assume you're using a form alter to add it; what category is being edited is in the form somewhere, so can check on that. I believe it may also be passed to hook_user on some $ops.

This is a duplicate of #592558: control for list of users on all sub-tabs. Sounds like we should consider rolling a new release soon.
