There's an install_profile_field_add(), let's do a install_profile_field_delete(), too, for maximizing dynamic synergy.

According to core/filter.inc, we use 'remove' here rather than 'delete' in our function names.

This is a copy/paste of the active SQL lines from profile_field_delete_submit(). Untested, but I think it should work.
