Just trying stuff out, on a clean D7, this happened on activating the menublock module:

DatabaseSchemaObjectExistsException: Table <em class="placeholder">multiblock</em> already exists. in DatabaseSchema->createTable() (line 558 of C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\_devDrupal7\includes\database\schema.inc).

This is not related to the menu_block module. Did you perhaps install the "multiblock" module at the same time? :-)
