Add unique CSS-Class to each order pane [#770978]

Hi tried to theme user/#uid/order/#orderid
On this page there is no class to distinguish the order panes. I added a unique class for each pane, this makes theming a lot easier. Here is my patch.

Patch is against rev 1.18, which is an older Drupal 7, Ubercart 3.x version. Reassigning issue.

Note, this problem was recently fixed in Drupal 6, Ubercart 2.x by #932582: add additional class or id to order-pane div's

I'm still forward-porting the fixes from 6.x-2.x to 7.x-3.x, so the fix in #932582 should have been applied. If it's not for some reason, please reopen this issue.
