The Welsh language code is incorrectly set as cv not cy (see issue at http://drupal.org/node/66361).
I need to get it set as cy as soon as possible, as I'm using the i18n module, which uses the language code in urls. I don't want to end up with dead bookmarks in the future when it changes!
So is there any way I can change it myself? I know I can add a custom language, but I'd rather edit the 'propper' Welsh language, to make sure I don't end up with any upgrade problems in the future.
Thanks,
Steve

Patch available
I've created a patch http://drupal.org/node/66361#comment-122597, please check if this correct and comment on the issue.
thanks
Thanks! It looks right to me. I need to learn how to apply patches in Windows (yes, I know, I don't use it by choice), so I'll have a look over the next few days and then comment on it.
Edit: done - see issue comment

Patch has been applied to HEAD and the 4.7 branch.

Code Wales or Cyprus
I have the impression that "cy" is for Cyprus not Cymru (Wales). Wales have "cym".
