To setup a blogger API, I am using w.blogger,
for server side,
I ticked "Enable users to post using applications that support XML-RPC blog APIs" checkbox under administer/configuration/modules.
then I tried to find "Access Blogger API" checkbox under administer/accounts/permissions but I couldn't find
Do you know where it is or ....
