I created a custom page , and I created the description and key words. And when I go back now to edit it, those fields have completely disappeared.

That issue looks like it was for 6.x-1.1, does it apply to this version as well? Also, it looks like the tag interface is showing up on different installs of Drupal I have so it may be a conflict with some other modules. I'd like to uninstall and re-install, but I'll probably lose all the tags if I do this. What would you suggest?

Try uninstalling, and re-installing the module, but keep a copy of the database table.
I cannot reproduce this issue with the latest developed code, and I have never had it in the previous versions.
