Hi,

I just commented on a post over on g.d.o and shortly thereafter I got a notification e-mail about it.

It completely bypassed my sorting filters identifying g.d.o notifications.

When I investigated I noticed that the generated "From" and "Reply-to" header fields both are malformed.

In the client they are shown as:

From: "Tiburón <NO-REPLY@groups.drupal.org>"@drupal.org
Reply-To: "Tiburón <NO-REPLY@groups.drupal.org>"@drupal.org

and looking at the original headers:

From: =?UTF-8?B?VGlidXLDs24gPE5PLVJFUExZQGdyb3Vwcy5kcnVwYWwub3JnPg==?=@drupal.org
Reply-To: =?UTF-8?B?VGlidXLDs24gPE5PLVJFUExZQGdyb3Vwcy5kcnVwYWwub3JnPg==?=@drupal.org

The "ó" in my username is playing a trick on the address generator.

The only development done on groups.drupal.org is to replace it. The plan seems to migrate it into drupal.org, as described in #2590497: [meta] Proposal to migrate groups into Drupal.org.
