Notice: Undefined variable: contextual_links in include()

Hi

I have just installed D7 Alpha4 + Views + Basic 7.x-2.0-rc1. When I click on the 'Add Content' short cut I arrive at http://localhost/drupal7/#overlay=node/add. I then get a page stating:

Use articles for time-sensitive content like news, press releases or blog posts.
Basic page
Use basic pages for your static content, such as an 'About us' page.

I am keen to use this theme and I hope you can replicate this issue to see what I mean.
