MultiLink Redirect: Redirect loop when Clean URLs are disabled

If Drupal's "Clean URLs" are switched off (rarely the case on production sites) MultiLink Redirect continually tries to redirect, i.e. loops. This will be fixed shortly.

Work around if you're affected by this: temporarily rename multilink_redirect.module to multilink_redirect.module.disabled - then enable "Clean URLs".
