Can anyone tell me that how to call menu in footer area as shown in attached picture. Css work can be done but my concern is Drupal ability specifically. I would be grateful if some code or module help/hint is mentioned.

hutch CreditAttribution: hutch commentedThis is a theming issue, nothing to do with Menu Block Split, however there are two approaches you might try.
Limit the height of the wrapper div with css or better but more difficult, control the rendering of the menu block in your theme.
