Under Drupal 6.16, I have Clock (6.x-1.2) installed and enabled it in a Header block in the Aurora theme. Doing this caused Administration Menu (6.x-3.0-alpha4) to stop displaying. Moving Clock to another block and disabling it in blocks altogether did not fix the problem. When the Clock module itself is disabled, Administration Menu behaves normally. I have not yet tested with another theme.

Thanks for the bug report wethackrey.
I was not able to reproduce your bug (see screenshot).
Could you provide more detailed information on what exactly you did to make the bug appear? Especially in what order you enabled which module/block, etc.
I could imagine the bug is related to some cache not being cleared properly, so you might try clearing your caches (admin/settings/performance) and see what happens.

The bug is very repeatable in our environment. I'll put some work into documenting it over the coming weekend. We're not in production mode so we don't have caches enabled.
