I install the last version of Troll + PHP-IDS and got a lot off erros on my wathdog:

PHP-IDS appears to be configured incorrectly.

After a quick look, I see the name of the Config.ini wrong..
$init = IDS_Init::init($phpids_dir .'IDS/Config/Config.ini');

In the last version of PHP-IDS (0.6.4) the name of the file is : Config.ini.php

If this is still an issue, please re-open and upgrade version to D7. Drupal 6 is no longer being maintained.
