Please, insert a column to (the right of) the table of modules in '{host}/admin/build/modules'. That column should contain one link per enabled module to the 'site-wide configuration' form of each module. If a module doesn't have such form, the value/ cell should be "n/a". A common use-case for this feature is, that authorized users need to configure modules after enabling them. Of course, such users can: 1) open the admin menu and then 2) search for some addition to that menu. But this takes more steps/ time (is user-unfriendly), as entries in the admin menu maybe be altered and are not categorized nor alphabetical sorted.
