If the entire header image could be a link (to the home page, for example), it would be really helpful. I'm using Chrono as a template for a client, and their logo already has their name in it. So I'm not putting the site name in the header region -- it would be redundant in this case. However, now there isn't an obvious link back to the homepage. Is this an option, or could it be?

Making the entire header image a link does not fit most use cases. So if you want to have that, you have to edit the template file to fit your needs.
Sorry, so I am going to put this to won't fix, since I won't implement it.
