I have the same problem, I’ve downloaded the swfobject1-5 and copied the swfobject.js file to :
sites/default/modules/swftools/swfobject/
sites/default/modules/swftools/swfobject2/
sites/all/libraries/swfobject/ .
The warning doesn’t go away.

This is still a documentation error at least.

Documentation for SWFObject 2 says install in modules/swftools/shared/swfobject2/swfobject.js

But then you get Missing sites/all/libraries/swfobject/swfobject.js

Changing it to sites/all/libraries/swfobject/swfobject.js (even though you're using SWFObject 2) and it works.

I put it in sites/all/libraries/swfobject/swfobject.js. The status report says "ok". java in firefox 3.6 and IE8 is turned on, I have flash turned on in both browsers, I have flowplayer 3.2.4 setup and turned on but the report also says that flash can't be displayed on the page? I tried all sorts of combinations in embed settings and still no go. I have http://www.drupal.org/project/audio installed and it can show flash just fine. Any ideas?
