How do you create a simple plugin for CKEditor that creates a button in the editor that when pressed wraps the marked up text in [tag][/tag]?
I'm using Collapse text and want to create a button that users in my forum can click on to create a simple spoiler-tag like this:

[collapse collapsed]Spoiler text.[/collapse]

How do I turn this function into a button in CKEditor?

Pls open one of the plugins in CKEditor and u will see how to write plugin for CKEditor.
