After updating CCK 2.6 to 2.7, I created a brand new content type. When I went to "Manage Fields" for this content type I got the following error.

Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /Users/david/grammy/trunk/public_html/sites/all/modules/contrib/cck/includes/content.admin.inc on line 241"

Then I checked existing content types "Manage Fields". This time the form rendered without fatal error, but the "Authoring Information" and "Publishing Options" were displayed as "Array". example: http://img.skitch.com/20100701-bbmnhffsnma6yyijxd3qayts3p.jpg

After speaking with KarenS she suggested I roll back this patch

This resolved my issue.
