tableDrag is undefined

Hello,

I try to add a node on the fly, just right after pressing the add link the pop up frame have something weird. pointing to anything gives me the loading-cursor mouse except when pointing to a field.
the firebug in firefox gives me the following error "tableDrag is undefined" with description "Failed to load source for: http://loca.../modules/cck/js/content.node_form.js?f"

After submitting the node, the normal scenario should be selecting this new node as a referenced node in a node-reference-field. But instead the new node is added and the background node creation page is refreshed!!

So any solutions?

If this might help, I use CNR module http://drupal.org/project/cnr which gives me the reverse relationship of the node reference.
