This is a great additional for Drupal. Thanks for your work.

I didn't pick up on this before, but it appears that installing Advanced Help replaces/disables "regular help". If this is as designed then I guess it wouldn't technically constitute a "bug", but I am wondering about this. There are many modules which provide help content (as I think they should), but many of which don't currently utilize Advanced Help. My concern is that users who have Advanced Help installed are not seeing help content provided by other module developers who may not realize this or otherwise haven't leveraged Advanced Help.

I suppose technically if the same help content is also placed in the Read Me file, a link to that is included where the help content would have appeared if Advanced Help is not installed. But I don't know how many module developers are duplicating help content in both places. Now that I realize this, I don't have a problem with updating modules I maintain to work with Advanced Help. But I'm just wondering and concerned in general .

Thanks!

Advanced help does not displace or replace the old help system. They should co-exist side-by-side.

It's possible that advanced help *should* bring in the old help content as well and index it into the system and try to provide it transparently. That is something interesting to consider.

My apologies. It did seems surprising to me that I wouldn't have noticed this sooner. And while I don't know why, while clicking around today some modules got uninstalled by some other mechanism, including the core Help module. Since I rarely / never uninstall that, I didn't even check the Modules page.

Again, my apologies and thanks.
