Although Advanced Help has potential, many modules just resort to a README file, which requires an extra click to access the information. This seems like a backwards step to me.

Is it not possible to include a Helper application module, that automatically replaces the "README" link, with the actually content of the requested file?

Drupal 6 is no longer supported. This feature is in the version for Drupal 7.
